REFERRALS

 

If you choose to refer a friend about our products, you represent that you have their consent to provide us your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the website. Unless we are authorized by your friend, we will only use your friend’s name and email address for the purposes of sending this one-time email.

 

GIFT LICENSES

 

If you choose to use Productivity Booster Tool as a gift and send a gift license to your friend or colleague, she or he will receive an email from us that you have sent this gift and an email containing login information to use the tool. Our data base stores their first and last name and email address – the information you indicated when activating this gift license – to make their login possible. No other information is stored at this point.

 

PERSONAL PRODUCTIVITY BOOSTER TOOL LICENSE

 

If you choose to use Productivity Booster Tool to upgrade your productivity and achieve your goals faster, your answers to the Questionnaire will be kept confidentially in our data base. Nobody has access to your individual answers. Nobody has access to your individual PDF Report. Our system was designed taking into account the most conservative and strict privacy policy. If you forget password to your Members account, you are the only person who can restore it using your personal email connected to this account.

 

RESEARCH

 

To increase the value we provide and to upgrade the existing products, every year we conduct a research. We make a random statistical pullout based on the data of more than one thousand participants. This statistical information has no association with any kind of personal information. It only shows us the tendencies how to increase the value we provide to serve your needs better. For example, if we see that 60% of people from the statistical pullout this year need to boost their planning skills, next year we add an extra block with tips and tricks on this topic to our training. Additionally, we may send an invite to a free webinar on boosting planning skills to all questionnaire participants as we don’t have any personal information as to who specifically was in the statistical pullout and who wasn’t.

 

CHOICE

 

You can choose whether to provide Personal Data to Varnavska Excellence Solutions, but note that you may be unable to access certain options, offers, and services if they require Personal Data that you have not provided. You can sign-up, and therefore consent, to receive email or newsletter communications from us. If you would like to discontinue receiving these communications, you can update your preferences by using the “Unsubscribe” link found in such emails or by contacting us using the information in the “Contact Us” section of this policy. Please note that you can access your Membership area only if you provide us with the minimum personal information required for the system: your first name, last name and email.

PASSIVE COLLECTION

 

Varnavska Excellence Solutions automatically collect some information about you when you use our Products, using methods such as cookies and tracking technologies (further described below). Information automatically collected includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the website and/or Products.

In addition, when you use some of our Products, network information is transmitted back to us such as Product usage information. This information is transmitted back to us so we can determine how users are interacting with our Products, to assist us with improving our Products, and to correct any problems that may occur.

Varnavska Excellence Solutions and our partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the website, and gather information about our user base. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level.

 

MOBILE APPLICATION

 

When you download and use our Products, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or ”UDID“). We send you push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about any events or promotions that we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you can turn them off at the device level. To ensure you receive proper notifications, we will need to collect certain information about your device such as operating system and user identification information.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL DATA

 

We do not sell or rent your Personal Data to third parties for marketing purposes.

 

We share Personal Data within Varnavska Excellence Solutions for purposes of data processing or storage such as Kartra, ClickFunnels and other third party platforms, e.g. PayPal.

 

We also share Personal Data with business partners, service vendors and/or authorized third-party agents or contractors in order to provide requested Products or transactions, including processing orders, processing credit card transactions, hosting websites, hosting event and seminar registration and providing customer support.

 

In some Cases we may choose to buy or sell assets. In these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the transferred business assets. Moreover, if we, or substantially all of our assets, were acquired, or if we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. FOR ALL PRODUCTIVITY BOOSTER AND VARNAVSKA EXCELLENCE SOLUTIONS EVENTS

 

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions relating to your participation in any of Productivity Booster™ or Varnavska Excellence Solutions events or seminars which are conducted by Varnavska Excellence Solutions (“Promoter”). For the purposes of this site, and since registrants may register for only one event at a time, all events and seminars will be referred to from here forward in the singular tense as simply the “Seminar.”

 

By registering for the Seminar at any one of our locations (“Hotel”), you (the “Attendee”) signify your acceptance of and obligation to these terms and conditions. If you have objections to the following Terms and Conditions, you should not register for or attend the Seminar.

 

Attendee Conduct

 

Promoter requires all Attendees to be respectful and professional to our staff, location hosts, speakers, and other attendees and their guests or families throughout the Seminar, even during non-scheduled downtime and breaks. Promoter reserves the right to ask Attendee and/or their guests to leave the conference room and Hotel immediately should they be deemed rude, uncooperative, unprofessional, intoxicated or in possession of alcohol or any illegal substance. In such case, the Attendee’s tuition/fees for the Seminar will not be reimbursed under any circumstances and they will not receive any future products, services or correspondence from Promoter. Attendee will also not receive any of our advertised bonuses or qualify for our satisfaction guarantee or any other written or implied guarantee.

 

Liability Waiver

 

While we take every possible measure to ensure Attendee safety at the Seminar, we cannot control everything. For this reason, Attendee is legally responsible for their safety and behavior and agrees to, and is held legally liable to, the following statements:

I, the willing Attendee of the Seminar, hereby accept all risk to my health and of my injury or death that may result from participating in the Seminar and I hereby release Promoter and their officers, employees, interns, contractors, sponsors and representatives from any and all liability to me, my personal representatives, estate, heirs, next of kin, and assigns for any and all claims and causes of action for loss of or damage to my property and for any and all illness or injury to my person, including my death, that may result from or occur during my participation at the Seminar, whether caused by negligence of the Promoter, its governing board, officers, employees, or representatives, or otherwise. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Promoter and any third-party company from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligent or intentional act or omission while attending and participating in the Seminar. Under no circumstances will Promoter or their assigns be held liability for my injury or death or any loss or damage of my personal belongings resulting from my participation in the Seminar. Should I require emergency medical treatment as a result of accident or illness arising during my attendance and participation in the Seminar, I consent to such treatment. I acknowledge and I agree to be financially responsible for any medical or legal bills that may be incurred as a result of emergency medical treatment. I will notify Promoter verbally and in writing if I am at any time injured prior to, during, or after the Seminar in my travels or attendance, or if I have medical conditions about which emergency medical personnel should be informed; however, I understand that Promoter is not legally obligated to act on that information in any way or to providing any medical service whatsoever to me. Audio/Visual Rules and Release

 

Attendees may not, under any circumstance, use any type of recording device to capture the information provided at the Seminar. No recording devices, photography or videography is allowed in the Seminar room.

 

By participating in the Seminar, Attendee understands that portions of the Seminar’s live events may be recorded in video and audio and/or captured in still and/or digital photographs by the Promoter. Attendee agrees that the Promoter and its assigns have the right and permission to use such recordings and photographs should they include Attendee’s name, likeness, voice, biographical details, testimonial, or photograph for marketing, advertising or any other purpose in any media or format, online and/or offline, now or hereafter without further compensation, permission, or notification to the Attendee. Attendee understands and agrees that all recordings from the Promoter’s events are the exclusive rights of the Promoter and Attendee does not ask for or expect compensation for the use of recordings or photographs in which Attendee appears or speaks. Promoter owns all rights of any audio, video, and/or photograph captured during the Promoter’s Seminar or at any of the Promoter’s other live events.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

 

Once Attendee registers for the live event or live Seminar, we make extensive arrangements and investments while anticipating their tuition and attendance, and, in the case of their cancellation, we incur significant administration hassles, expenses, and loss of business. Given this fact, we do not accept cancellations or issue refunds beginning 14 days after Attendee has registered for the Seminar. If Attendees cancel within 14 days of registering they will receive a full refund, but any Attendee seeking to cancel their registration after 14 days will not, under any circumstances, receive a refund. Again, this is due to the extremely limited seating for an event of this nature and due to participation of top trainers and speakers in our events. If you are unsure of whether or not you can attend the event, do not register. Review and Jurisdiction

Attendee agrees that any dispute that arises out of or relates to these Terms will be resolved via non-binding mediation in Germany via a professional mediator obtained by the Promoter and if a successful mediation is not reached, to binding arbitration arbitrated in Germany in accordance with the policies set forth by the German Law.
